Once you book your room you will receive all communications of the steps to follow directly via e-mail or Whatsapp.
The first step is to provide all travelers’ data, including ID. Once registration is complete, a notice will be sent to you to check in online before arriving at the facility. It is important to check in before arriving at the hotel.
Our hotel has no outdoor parking spaces. The parking space in the garage must be reserved during the online check-in at the rate of chf. 13.00 per night.
Once you have checked-in on your profile, you will need to activate the virtual keys which, once you arrive at the facility, will allow you access, simply by scrolling the cursor to the right (slide to unlock).
The room door will appear on your profile only when the room is clean and ready to be occupied.
